Die OTR  XT-660 'Racing'  wurde in der  ENDURO 05/2007 in einem 5-seitigem Fahrbericht auf Herz und Nieren geprüft!

>>... Fakt bleibt: Die Yamaha XT ist in dieser Tuning Variante über eine weite Drehzahlspanne so stark auf der Brust wie kaum ein anderer im Hubraum vergleichbarer Einzylinder. Das verschafft diesem Motorrad Sprint-Qualitäten, die sich eins zu eins mit begeisterndem Fahrspaß übersetzen lassen. Des Weiteren ist der Umbau in der DRIFT , Ausgabe 3/2007, als 'Eyecatcher' zu begutachten - 2 Seiten haben die Mannen um Tommy Weinz der XT gegönnt. Auch hier gabe es wieder viel Lob für den gelungenen Umbau.
