Cylinder head modification XT-660

To rise the power of a bike due to a good cylinder head modification ist truly one of the best options. This is based on the following facts:

• More power over the whole range!
• Due to modifications of the outlet the thermal behavior of the engine will change in a positive way
• The tuning can not be recognized without opening the engine!
• Noise and emission will not be changed!

Der Zylinderkopf entspricht durch Bearbeiten der Ventilsitze, Ventile, Dichtflächen etc. wieder dem Neuzustand, alle dem Verschleiß unterliegenden Bauteile werden neu aufgearbeitet.
Um durch Zylinderkopfbearbeitungen eine Mehrleistung zu erreichen, genügt es auf keinen Fall für möglichst glatte Kanäle zu sorgen. Der Glaube versetzt bekanntlich Berge, aber spätestens bei einer Messung auf der Flow-Bench oder dem Leistungsprüfstand wird die Nutzlosigkeit dieser Arbeit sichtbar. Wenn wirklich eine deutliche Mehrleistung gewünscht wird, sind grundlegende Dinge zu beachten.

NEW: We now offer the cylinder heads also in change. You sent us your used head, we will check it and if it is ok, we will sent a renewed, modified cylinder head to you the same day!! If necessary the head also will be sand blasted and  painted! This renewed cylinder head is much better than the stock Yamaha head. Deliverytime inbetween europe only about 3-4 days!!
