OTR-SR 2in1 system, e-marked titanium

The absolute SM or Enduro exhaust remodelling! Finally we can offer you an exhaust system which changes the often criticised laying of the manifolds under the engine. Hand welded, 5-part, stainless steel manifold with 55mm connection pipe to the silencer!
For Enduro biker: up to 6cm more ground clearance.

Extreme weight saving compared to the serial system (about 12kgs less that the stock exhaust!!). Handling gets much easier due to the loss of the heavy, high attached original silencers. Even when ranking you will notice the difference. Furthermore we have optimised the run of the manifold. The result is a better torque run and less weight. The optics is appealing as well; the manifold is delivered in electrolytically polished stainless steel.
Passengers foot rests can be in place!

         

The strong performance is the result of comprehensive Dyno test runs. The Diagram shows stock bike - without any modifications!
The exhaust is, as the manifold alike, perfectly manufactured. The muffler is provided with a removable db-killer. As racing system, power output rises even more.
For world travellers, e.g. in Africa, we now offer a conneting pipe without catalyst. So the catalyst is not destroyed by leaded petrol.
The system is avaiable as a street legal version, TÜV approved and E-marked for all models 2004 and later!

Unfortunately still with the old manifold and silencer version. With the actuel manifold and SR-silencer about +2,5 HP!

The exhaust for the models from 2004-2006 is without connection for lamda sensor, the version for the model from 2007 and on is with the connection for the lambda sensor.
