The XT innately does not have the strongest ignition spark - the combustion does not run optimal. This can be slightly improved by using a different spark plug. A really satisfying result, however, can only be achieved by using a modified high-performance ignition cable and a different ignition coil. The cable alone, withouth a new ignition coil, already effects some improvement.
