Good and reliable engine tuning does not only require high quality components that "fit" together. Also you should have the nowledge to make sure the requested components does not have a negative effect on each other. Also a perfect setting of the injection and ignition maps is the key for a good, healthy and long lasting engine. Also a good engine tuning always mean to make sure the customer gets exact the engine for his / her needs. It makes no sense to build up a "Super-Moto engine" for a cross-country bike.
It doesn' matter if you only want to get a bit more torque or if you want to have a complete overhauled engine - we are always the right contact for your plan!

In general: The engine of the 660 XT is not made to give you very high power in highest revs. The strengths of this engine are the lower and the middle rev range. And this is the range that should be optimized and upgraded with torque and power. Of course, you will also get more power in the top range. We make sure you get a very good, linear torque curve, so you have much more power from bottom range on.

Our tuning kits does not ghet the last bit out of the engine - as this make no sense for daily use. So it is guaranteed that you still have a very long lifetime of the engine. You should keep in mind that, depending on the compression, we recommend to use premium-grade fuel (98 octan). During the years we found out that the below  shown tuning steps are often the best choice and are a good otion. Of course it is possible to updrade and mix this - also more options are avaiable on request.
The shown kits does not shown the highest possible enginge output! If you have special needs - sent us an inquiry. Changes in the  ECU, changed injection and ignition, different piston stroke, crank shaft modifications, new piston rods... Everything is possible.

Following three tuning examples. As you can see, there are no "exact" parts in the lists as there are a lot of things that influence the price (e.g. year of the bike). So it is hard to give any price information without knowing any further details of your bike, we do not have any "price list" of this sample tuning stages. Also there are much more tuning options avaiable, feel free to ask us.
