Lightweight Aluminium crash bars for Yamaha Tenere 700.
Due to the massive reduced weight, the center of gavity is lower than with standard steel crash bars. The bars are fixed to the bike at three points, so the whole construction is sturdy. Made of high grade 6000 series alumnium tube, WIG welded.
You can use this crash bars in combination with the Yamaha bash plate (both, standard and from the RALLY), our OTR Aluminium Bash plate, CP Bashplate, Hepco-Becker and SW-Motech bash plate.

To protect the engine against damage on the trip around the world, we have developed our bash plate for the Tenere. Made of 4 mm extrem strong aircraft aluminium, WIG welded and with bolt on plastic glide pads on the bottom. The strong sides protect the waterpump tubes and the engine case. The bottom of the guard is flat, so the bike can be lifted on the guard e.g. to change a tire without a centre stand!
