Due to a high request, we now offer the a heavy-duty D.I.D. extremely reinforced 525 (5/8x5/16 ) chain kit for all Yamaha XT-660 models. This extra reinforced chain are made, like always from DID, the sprockets are high-end products 'Made in Germany'!
The used chains DID 525ZVM-X2 have outstanding strength of about 4750 Kg, so they are about 30% stronger than the standart chains!
Avaiable in different gearings.
The stock gearing of the XT-660R/X and XT-660Z/ZA Tenere is 15/45 teeth.
D.I.D 525 ZVMX X2-Ring chain (5/8 x 5/16)
ZVM-X2 chains are the best choice for the most severe and demanding applications. Among other characteristics, the ZVM-X2 chains feature high alloy steel plates and pins, solid bushings and rollers, shot-peening of plates, pins and rollers, performance-enhancing pre-stretching and silver outer plates.
Front- rear sprocket 525 (5/8x5/16)
The 525 sprockets are wider compared to the standard OEM 520 sprockets. Due to this there is a much wider contact area between sprockets and chain - the the sprockets and also the chain will last much longer!
