Perfect rim size to use a wide range of more off-road suitable tire on the Tenere 700.
On long distance travels you often find the most weak point of many original Yamaha wheels - the rim! Our EXCEL rims with the reinforced stainless spokes will solve this problem for sure! The rims are manufactured with profiles made of aluminium of the 7000 series. The manufacturing process is supported by highly automated production lines and allows for the most extreme strain of sports driving. Made to the highest specifications, Excel rims have been a guarantee of the ultimate in quality for many years. "EXCEL" stands for the new scales concerning hardness, solidity, corrosion resistence, and surface quality.
The 2.50x18 rims in gold, silver and black are supplied as MT (tubeless or tube use) profile, the blue rim is available only with WM profile for tube use.
Spokes are available in stainless steel silver or black coated. Nipples are available in various anodised colours.

The Tenere 700 2.50" x 18" rear rims are about 1.5 inch smaller than oem size. OEM size is 4.00 x 18 inch

A 3 piece set of super strong high quality 200 mm steel tire levers. Comes complete with pouch and a special ring as a "third hand". Very helpfull, as you can use this ring to fix the 3rd lever while mounting the tire. 200 mm long - so it's easy to stow this on the bike. Delivered including a bag and a lever holder (3rd hand).
