Excel rim and spoke sets for the Yamaha XT660Z and ZA models 2008 onwards.
On long distance travels you often find the most weak point of many original Yamaha wheels - the rim! Our EXCEL rims with the reindorced stainless spokes will solve this problem for sure! The rims are manufactured with profiles made of aluminium of the 7000 series. The manufacturing process is supported by highly automated production lines and allows for the most extreme strain of sports driving. Made to the highest specifications, Excel rims have been a guarantee of the ultimate in quality for many years. "EXCEL" stands for the new scales concerning hardness, solidity, corrosion resistence, and surface quality.
Scope of delivery: Excel rim (pre-drilled for oem hubs XT660Z and XT660ZA Tenere), reinforced stainless steel spokes, spoke nuts / nipples.
Colored spokes and spoke nipples are avaiable with upprice.

All rims with a width 2,15" and wider are also avaiable for tubeless use. Please ask.
The following sizes are avaiabe for the XT-660Z/ZA Tenere:
- 1.85" x 21" - front rim like stock
- 2.15" x 21" - front rim little wider than stock, but can be used tubeless
- 2.50" x 17" - rear wheel like stock
- 2.50" x 18" - rear wheel Rally size for a wide range of tires
For replacing the stock rims you should choose the 21" and 17" rim. For an more off-road orientated use like e.g. Rally Raid we recommend the 18" rim. This will give you more high speed stability, more ground clearance and a wider range of tyres to choose from.
There may be a delivery time, depending on stock situation and season. Please allow 6-14 days for delivery, depending on the season.

Not suitable for original Yamaha spokes! Price per set (36 pcs.) A 3 piece set of super strong high quality 200 mm steel tire levers. Comes complete with pouch and a special ring as a "third hand". Very helpfull, as you can use this ring to fix the 3rd lever while mounting the tire. 200 mm long - so it's easy to stow this on the bike. Delivered including a bag and a lever holder (3rd hand).

Lightweight but very strong forget Aluminium tire lever and unique axle tool set for the Yamaha XT-660 models. The levers are about 220 mm long - so it's easy to stow this on the bike. Very lightweight levers - less than 100 gramms per lever!!! But extremely strong due to ultra hard aluminium.
