High quality manufactured oil bypass valves (thermostats) from JAGG.
An oil thermostat in combination with an efficient oil cooler has immense advantages that lead to an enormous increase in the service life of your engine.
The oil flow to the oil cooler is automatically regulated according to temperature. At about 85°C the thermostat starts to regulate from 'Closed' to 'Pass'. From approx. 90°C the complete cross-section to the oil cooler is released. Installation in the two oil lines to and from the oil cooler.
The automatic oil cooler bypass works like a remotely controlled thermostat and directs the oil past the cooler until it has reached operating temperature.
Ideal for automatically adjusting the cooling effect of an oil cooler on air-cooled single-cylinder engines.
Dimensions only approx. 38×38×19mm (without connection pipe).
