In the meantime the newest Lithium-Ionen-Battery generation is that good, that we have tested them. Perfectly fitting for the Tenere 700 the mounting is very easy - just do the exchange with the stock battery - ready to use. Since a few years we use this batteries often in our Rally bike build ups - especially when you need to save weight!

The Lithium Ionen batteries give you an unbeatable weight / price compared to standard or lead-acid batteries. The weight is about 70% less compared to the stock batterie, that means you safe more than about 2,3 kilogramms of weight!

All batteries have a battery-condition-indicator.

Simply press the test button. When all three blue LEDs on the battery are flashing it is fully loaded. 2 LED lights only, it is charged only half (med). At least when only one LED lights (low), the battery must be charged.

Although the battery is extremely lightweight for everydays use, it should be noted that the starting capacity is limited at temperatures below zero degrees Celsius.

Technology
