Distance bushing in various heights for our cnc machined handlebar clamps. The fully cnc machined bushing is avaible from 10-50mm height. By using this spacer in combination with our handlebar clamps almost all heights are possible. Made of high grade aircraft aluminium, black or silver anodised. Delivered without bolts. Precisely CNC machined and extreme strong RAID handlebar clamp set for 28 mm handlebars   The upper handlebar clamping plate provides a high torsional stiffness of the complete set. The handlebar height can be individually varied with additional spacers. The handlebar clamps are made eccentrically. This makes it possible to move the handlebar position forward or backward by 5 mm compared to the original.   We manufacture this clamps on modern cnc machines here in our own production. The clamps are made with an off-set, so it is possible to adjust handlebar posiotn 5mm to- or backward from rider. The avaiable versions are the height compared to the stock handlebar clamp height. Measured in mm between the lower end of the handlebar and the top of the triple clamps.   If the listed height is not enough for your needs, you can add additonal spacers shown in the 'accessories' section. New bolts are needed as well. Off-centered handlebar mounting set for 22 mm handlebars   The excentric manufacturing offers a +/-5 mm for- or backward orientated handlebar mounting positon compared to a centered position. The fully cnc machined clamping sets have a height of  30 mm (upper side of triple clamp to lower side of handlebar). By using the avaiable distance bushings almost all needed heights are possible. So if you need a total height of e.g. 50 mm, choose the handlebar clamp (30 mm height) and add a 20 mm distance bushing.   Made of high grade aircraft aluminium, black or silver anodised. For needed distance bushings see accessories. Shown bushings not included!   Supplied M10 bolts have a free length  of 40 mm. If you have e.g. a 40 mm high triple clamp, these bolts will fit.
