This CNC machine milled this clamps are made for the real off-road use! Upper clamp (54 mm) and lower clamp diameter (59 mm) for use with Kayaba or Öhlins 48 mm fork tubes like used e.g. Yamaha YZ-F / WR-F, Husqvarna, Beta, Sherco or GasGas. The off-set is like standart, but this can be changed if you need something special. Height of the lower triple is 40 mm with a 2-fold clamping, made from high grade 7075 aluminium. This makes the triple clamp much stiffer and rigid compared to the oem triple. The result is more precise and therefore safer handling in all situations. The upper clamps is machined with attachment for the steering lock and lower triple clamp with steering stops. Also a high Rally front fender can be mounted. The ingenious point of this design is the fully adjustable handlebar position and removable ignigion lock attachment. The handlebar clamps can be moved forward 5 mm or backwards 15 mm. Also an additional +/-5 mm adjustable handlebar position is realized through excentric handlebar clamps. So the handlebar can be offset +10 mm forward and up to 20 mm backward. Also the height of the handlebar can be choosen nearly without restrictions. The height can be adjusted in steps of 10 mm with special bushings. Compared to the stock position a height of -20 mm up to +50 mm are possible. Longer cables / wires may be needed depending on a height more than 30 mm compared to stock position. The mounting bracket for the ignition lock is bolt-on. So, if you want to race the bike and do not need the lock on this position, you can remove the attachment and the lock. The triple clamp is a masterpiece of high class german engineering. Great matching the unique look of your Yamaha. Tractive Suspension X-TREME PRO PDS II shock Yamaha Tenere 700 Rally 2025 onwards, orange The new X-TREME PRO shock and cartridge kit is a further improvement for riders who mainly ride hard off-road or compete in rally’s and require more damping and bottoming resistance. The X-TREME PRO shock has an improved bumpstop, black protector sleeve made from POM instead of rubber, replaced O-ring from bearing seal to greased off-road seal to keep dirt away, a new damping setup, modified High- and Low Speed compression setting, including a revised PDS Shim stack for more bottoming safety, modified the shimstack on the main piston (MX set-up). Tracive Suspension uses the revolutionary PDS(II) system (Position-Dependent-Damping System) for these shocks. This is a hydraulic breakdown protection system. The heart of the system is a second damper piston, which effectively prevents breakthrough at the end of the suspension travel in the event of very strong compression, even with a high payload and/or passenger - the damping always works in relation to the travel. Especially during hard off-road use (jumping), during rallies or on extreme tours with high load, the PDS system is a very good feature to ensure the perfect function of the shock absorber even in critical situations. It effectivily is a cushion that absorbs the high ingoing energy and prevents a hard bottoming of the shock absorber. This leads to increased comfort and safety. At the same time the bottoming impacts on the motorbike frame are minimised, leading to less bent bolts and damages. The coiling of this springs for the Tenere 700 is linear, that means that the the spring has the same Nm over the complete travel. So perfect for an adventure bike with long fork travel. Progression of the fork is done by setting the oil level (air chamber) to the needed value by adding or removing oil. ABS Off-Road Dongle Yamaha Tenere 700 2025 onwards EURO5+ Product Details Plug-and-play Dongle that adds the memory for ABS and TC(Traction Control) settings and enables full control over full ABS + TC by stock "ABS" button. Everything is done by "clean way" trough data communication with ABS unit and the Dashboard. Without cutting any wires. It will give you the same user experience and comfort like it is there from the factory. No more worries with the disabling ABS again and again during off-road days. How it works The Dongle modifies the ABS settings behavior to what you would expect it to have directly from the manufacturer. It is expanding the functionality of the ABS button and adding the ABS memory. It is expanding the functionality of the ABS button. It is adding the ABS settings memory. The new behavior will be as follows: A short push of stock "ABS" button will toggle between the rear ABS OFF and ABS ON. A long hold (approx. 1 second) of stock "ABS" button will turn ABS completely OFF (front and rear ABS). ABS settings are retained in memory even after turning the motorcycle OFF and ON. Note: The changes of ABS settings still can be done only when the bike is not moving - this is unfortunately hard-coded in ECU. Yes, it is over-molded by injection molding with TPU plastics. It is not only a plastic box but all inside is tightly filled with plastics. It is protecting it from water and humidity and also strengthens the entire structure against hard impacts and hardest shocks. Can the Dongle damage anything on the bike in case of failure? In case of Dongle failure the bike will enter safe mode but nothing will be damaged. After disconnecting the malfunctioning Dongle everything will return to normal. The eventual error symbol on dashboard will disappear after few short rides. Both CAN bus itself and the devices connected to this bus are immune to failures of other connected devices so the Dongle failure will not damage them. Power is drawn from the tail light connector or from the diagnostic plug - the Dongle failure only blow the fuse. However, this device interferes with other onboard electronic systems even if the ABS is set to ON (disabled state of the Dongle). In case of its failure ABS and some info on the dashboard may be temporarily unavailable. By installing this device, you assume all responsibility for possible damage to health and property caused by the incorrect function of this device and the subsequent malfunction of other electronic systems of the motorcycle. Device is designed for riding in hard Off-Road where the ABS system is unwanted and possibly dangerous. Can the Dongle affect the warranty of the bike? The Dongle communicates trough the CAN bus data connection with the dashboard and ECU and it is designed to automotive standards. The ECU and the Dashboard is unaware of whether the message containing the required settings is transmitted by the Dongle instead of the dashboard or ECU. The messages are identical to those sent by display panel. Therefore, if you disconnect the Dongle prior to making motorcycle warranty claim, there will be no indication that this device was ever connected. However, installation of the Dongle is your responsibility. Do not take this as a guide on how to circumvent the motorcycle's warranty conditions. It's just a description of how the Dongle interacts with the bike. It is still a piece of equipment that is not approved by Yamaha as an original accessory and you are responsible for any problems caused by its installation and use.
