We only use sprockets and pinions that meet the highest quality standards. The steels used by ESJOT, for example, meet the highest demands and thus satisfy OEM original equipment quality. High tensile strength of the material guarantees a long service life. The special machining process -Diamond-Cut- is an innovative production process with which a significantly higher quality standard is achieved compared to the conventional milled sprocket. Precision tools produce an optimised cutting pattern. At the same time, the chainring is highly strengthened in the tooth flank area. Only the highest quality German steels are used to ensure consistently high quality to industry standards.
For sprockets, the materials Qste 420 and Qste 460 as well as c45 steel are always used. Aluminium sprockets are made of the material T7075, known from aircraft technology. Centre holes are machined on CNC machines to an exact fit and fastening holes for screws are countersunk and cleanly deburred. Diamond-cut gears provide the best running properties and guarantee concentricity and axial run-out tolerances of less than 0.2 mm.
