Front sprocket for Yamaha XT-660 R/X/Z model range Like almost all motorbikes in series trimm, the XT-660's transmission ratio is too long for a sportive manner of driving. We offer various front sprockets and sprockets, so that you can combine "your" transmission ratio yourself. The toothed wheels are compatible for the "X" and the "R" model. The original transmission ratio is 15 up to 45. Please keep in mind, that you may need a longer chain when using a considerably shorter transmission ratio. For 15/48, for example, you need 112 links, while 14/46 still works with the original chain if it has been somewhat extended already. This front sprockets will fit all standard 520 chains (like oem Yamaha) - NOT the reinforced 525 pitch chains!
