Shipping costs
If you like to know the shipping costs or total costs of your order
to your country, simply add the requested part to the shopping basket.
Choose your country from the dropdown menu.
The webshop shows the costs
for the part and also the shipping costs to the selected country.
If this
is a shipping in the European Community, VAT will apply. For all overseas
shipping, no VAT will be charged.
Free delivery within the EU is
possible. Please note the shipping cost limit in the webshop.
In the webshop you also find the information about time till shipping for
each part.
We
do not do any part delivery to oversea countries. If you do not want to
wait on your complete order, please don't order any non avaiable parts.
We usually ship with 'Deutschen Post AG / DHL Standard Mail.
In a lot of countries the parcels are delivered through local mail
services, DHL or an cooperation partners of DHL. If you like to have
more information prior to order, sent us an email.
Standard shipping
costs include posting, packing and parcel insurance.
We can
also offer a door-to-door DHL Express shipping
on request. Express shipping costs are higher than standard shipping.
Depending on the country, much quicker and more secure.
If you are
interested in the DHL Express shipping, let us know and we will sent you an
offer.

Export to non-EU countries and Taxation / Duty
Orders shipped to countries outside of the EU will not be charged
with German VAT of 19%, but these orders are liable to incur import
duties and taxes charged by the government of the destination country.
These extra charges are the sole responsibility of the receiver and not
OTR-Performance. When you tick the box for our T&G (Terms and
Conditions) this means that you have fully understand and agree to pay
these charges.
You can find out details of these charges by
contacting the customs office of the destination country.
OTR-Performance will always provide accurate commercial Invoices with
shipments. If you are concerned about these potential charges,
OTR-Performance can supply the 'customs tariff numbers' that will be
used to describe the items you buy to local customs, this information
will allow them to give you the duty rates charged on your goods.
In
general you can say that import duties on 'motorcycle parts and
accessories' tend to be relatively low, about 0% to UK, or 0% into the
US for example. On a similar note orders of under $1000 AUD into
Australia do not incur duties.
Should a customer refuse to sign for a delivery due to refusal to pay these charges or due to any other reason wich we are not responsible for and the goods are returned to OTR-Performance, OTR-Performance will reclaim all shipping and admin costs incurred from the customer before any refunds are considered. The reclaimed shipping costs will include the shipping costs to the recipient country (even if not charged in the webshop) and return shipping costs to OTR warehouse in Germany.
The customer is responsible for providing an address where proper delivery can be made. Depending on the country, a fee may be charged for a new (second) delivery. Please note that for international orders the delivery address cannot be changed once the parcel has been dispatched. Should a return be necessary due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge the return costs to the customer.
