ZVMX chains are the best choice for the most severe and demanding applications. Among other characteristics, the ZVMX chains feature high alloy steel plates and pins, solid bushings and rollers, shot-peening of plates, pins and rollers, performance-enhancing pre-stretching and ultra strong outer plates.
The used chain DID 525ZVMX has an outstanding strength of about 4750kg, so it is about 30% stronger than the standart 525 chains!
The X-Ring’s four contact points greatly increase its sealing performance. This keeps the dirt out and the lubrication in much better than any other O-Ring. X-Rings have the greatest wear resistance of any other type of O-Ring or Non-O-Ring chain.
We offer this chain in a closed (endless) or open chain version (open) with Hollow-Rivet-link.
