CNC-machined upper triple clamp for the Yamaha XT-1200Z / ZE Super Tenere.
The ingenious point of this design is the fully adjustable handlebar position. The handlebar clamps can be moved for- or backwards 5mm. Also an additional +/-5mm adjustable handlebar position is realized through eccentric threaded handlebar clamps. So the handlebar can be offset +/-10mm for- and backward. Also the height of the handlebar can be chosen nearly without restrictions. The height can be adjusted in steps of 10mm with special bushings. Compared to the stock position a height of -10mm up to +50mm are possible. Longer cables / wires may be needed depending on a height more than 30mm compared to stock position.
The thickness of the triple clamp is 30mm. The stock yoke is only 20mm high. Cut-out pockets at the bottom of our yoke minimizing the weight without a reduction of the strength.With it's fully compatibility of the steering lock mechanism and mounting possibility a steering damper (additional parts required) the triple clamp increases the visual appeal of your bike. Fully CNC machined from solid Aircraft-Grade billet aluminum, our OTR triple clamp is stronger than the stock Yamaha unit, but light in weight as well. The triple clamp is made from high grade aluminium (7075) and comes silver, titanium or black anodized. Other colours are possible with additional charge. The stock steering nut can still be used. The set comes with a TÜV certificate for road legal use.

The stock, chrome plated stearing head nut does not really fit to the look of a bike like the Yamaha XT1200Z/ZE Super Tenere. For all fans of prcisely made, machine milled parts we now offer this very nice nut. The nut is complexly made on high performance cnc mills here in Germany. Off-centered handlebar mounting set for 22 mm handlebars The excentric manufacturing offers a +/-5 mm for- or backward orientated handlebar mounting positon compared to a centered position. The fully cnc machined clamping sets have a height of 30 mm (upper side of triple clamp to lower side of handlebar). By using the avaiable distance bushings almost all needed heights are possible. So if you need a total height of e.g. 50 mm, choose the handlebar clamp (30 mm height) and add a 20 mm distance bushing. Made of high grade aircraft aluminium, black or silver anodised. For needed distance bushings see accessories. Shown bushings not included! Supplied M10 bolts have a free length of 40 mm. If you have e.g. a 40 mm high triple clamp, these bolts will fit. If you need longer/shorter bolts, please order separately (see accessories).
