This is an old saying, but it's message is still relevant! Especially the torque optimized 660 engines profits a lot from this modification.
The power and the torque will rise over the hole range - more power in all situations.You do not have to change any more parts that the piston, cylinder and the gaskets.

The new low-friction plating is a extremly high grade plating that works perfectly with all kind of piston rings. The new honing is necessary concerning the correct running clearance and the surface roughness adequately to the piston rings.
We do the following on your cylinder
· de-monting, cleaning and glass bead blasting
· boring of the cylinder up to the needed size
· exact honing of the cylinder (cross-grinding!) up to the needed measurement
· new coating of the cylinder
