Delivery times

The delivery time for standard delivery is approximately 2-12 working days, depending on country and final destination. We will show you details of the parcel delivery time during the order process at the checkout. Delivery by DHL Express, wherever possible, for an additional charge.

Availability information

We will send your item to you as soon as it is available. We will inform you about the availability status of an item on the product pages. The following information refers to the delivery time of the suppliers to our warehouse. We distinguish between the following availability levels:

Ready to ship in 1 working day: This item is immediately available from our warehouse and will be dispatched in 1 work day. 

Ready to ship in approx. 2-4 working days: This product is currently already in stock at our warehouse or at one of our suppliers. We expect delivery in the next 1-2 days or can order the product and have it ready for dispatch within a very short time.
IMPORTANT: The stated availability refers to the time we ship the product and not the package receipt. These are approximate figures, i.e. there may be deviations.

Ready to ship in approx. 5-10 working days / 10 working days: This product is not in our warehouse or in the warehouse of a supplier. However, we expect to receive the goods in the next few days and will then deliver the order immediately.
IMPORTANT: The stated availability refers to the time at which we dispatch the goods and not the receipt of the package. These are approximate figures, i.e. there may be deviations.

Expected to ship in / from ...: This product is not in our warehouse and also not in the warehouse of a supplier. However, we expect to receive the goods at the specified time and will then deliver the order immediately.

Delivery date still undetermined / Pre-order now: This product is not yet in our stock and is not immediately available "ex stock" from our suppliers. We do not know a delivery date at the moment.

Unfortunately, the article cannot be ordered at the moment... & "Order now / pre-order" is greyed out: Unfortunately, the item cannot be purchased online at the moment and cannot be pre-ordered due to missing delivery information. We currently do not know if we will be able to deliver this item again in the future. Pre-ordering is not possible.

Delivery time on request: These are mostly custom-made products or extremely rarely requested items. This product is not yet in any of our warehouses and is also not immediately available "ex stock" from our suppliers. The expected delivery time will be communicated on request.
