Complete front fork repair and overhaul set for XT-660Z Tenere and XT-660ZA ABS Tenere
While repairing or maintenance a front fork you should not only change the oil, seals and dust caps, you also have to replace the bushings. Only this will give your fork the smooth travel you want. Worn bushings can cause a damage on the chrome surface on the fork tubes! Only new, true to size bushings will give youf fork the best response behaviour and the best guidance for the fork tubes.

Öhlins linear fork springs for Yamaha XT-660X Super-Moto from 2004 - 2016 Replacing the fork springs is a cost-effective and efficient way to improve the front fork of the XT660X. Together with the specially developed fork oil from Öhlins, the response and performance of the original fork can be significantly increased. Depending on motorcycle type, rider weight and personal preferences and in combination with an indivuelle air chamber and oil viscosity improves the driving behavior noticeably. Best material selection and precise manufacturing guarantee a maximum of 1.5% deviation in the spring rate of Öhlins fork springs. The fork springs are made of high quality chrome silicon spring steel, are linear wound, slightly firmer than the original springs, but finer from the response. Lifetime warranty! Delivery with or without fork oil. Tip: Order suitable fork oil at the same time.
