Ultra strong 530 pitch reinforced front sprocket for Yamaha Tenere 700
Long lasting reinforced steel sprocket with 530 pitch. To be used with a 530 pitch rear sprockets and chains only.
The steel used for this front sprockets meet the highest demands and thus meet OEM quality. High tensile strength of the material guarantees a long service life. The special machining process - Diamond Cut - is an innovative production process that achieves a significantly higher quality standard than the conventional milled chain wheel. Precision tools produce an optimized cutting pattern. At the same time, the pinion is highly hardened in the tooth flank area. Only the highest quality steels are used in order to guarantee consistently high quality to industry standards. The pinions are machined exclusively on CNC lathes. The diamond cut toothing and case hardening of 700 HV 40 at a case depth of 0.4 mm meet the highest quality standards. Thanks to modern broaching machines, our pinions guarantee an exact fit on the drive shaft with a radial and axial runout tolerance of less than 0.1mm.
